Heating and Air Conditioning Service
I am an absentee landlord with my rental being managed by a real estate management company. I have never had such a horrible experience with an AC company as I have with this one. It was necessary to replace my AC/Heating system in an old house (1950 +/-). The management company contacted Certified Heating and Air and they provided the quote of about 3600.00 whcihc seemed reasonable to me. The house is only 930 square feet so it does not need a really big system. The warranty is where I have my complaint. 13 months after the system was installed I was informed that the system needed repair. They needed to add freon. That seemed odd to me since the system was brand new. I paid about 350.00 for the freon to be added. All was good for about 6 months and more freon needed to be added and there was a leak (no kidding). I paid another 350.00 to hav e the freon put in and questioned why I had to pay 250.00 to repair the leak on a brand new system. That was for the labor. This year I had to replace the compressor and paid ANOTHER 975.00 for the labor. AND had to pay for more freon and a leak repair two weeks later. I have since changed mangement companies (thank goodness-that was the Fayetteville good old boy network going on there with the old company), and just out of curiosity checked the BBB in Fayetteville only to discover that Certified Heating and Air has a D rating with them and is not a member-go figure. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone for service or installation. NOTE: I did not rate the responsiveness, pucntuality or professionalism since I was not present for that.

Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Their service was adequate. They had a decent price and they came when they said they were going to. They seemed to have done the work all right, as far as I know. I will use them again in the future.
