Best Air

Best Air repaired my HVAC today, after I texted the owner, Daniel, the night before. His brother who works with him came out and unclogged my drain line and cleaned the line and the running was working perfectly in less than 30 minutes. He also cleaned the compressor so we are ready for the switch to heat when cold weather hits. This company is the go to place for the best price and outstanding service in the Fayetteville region. I trust no other HVAC repair company to work on my home but Best Air. They installed my unit 4 years ago and beat all competitors price by more than $2500!! Thanks, Daniel!! You and your brother rock!!

I contacted at least 4 other companies and no one was available until the next day except for one who I contacted around 1:00 Pm who told me that they might be able to come out that day but I would be charged for after hours/emergency rate $ I took one more chance and contacted BEST AIR he informed me that he would work me in between jobs and arrived about 2hours later and repaired my system like new. He explained everything about what was wrong and didn’t mind at all to show me how to fix it next time if the same problem came back. Very honest and he charged less than I expected..

I've been using Best Air for the past several years, from maintenance and services, to full on replacement of an older HVAC unit. Every interaction I've had with them has been friendly and professional. He makes it a point to answer any questions, and his prices are fantastic. I'd recommend Best Air to anyone in the area.

On Thursday, 12 Feb 2015,  we contacted Best Air and asked for someone to come out to look at our AC unit about two hours later.  The technician/co-owner (Daniel Ward) came out and listened to the problem as we understood it.  The AC unit was not heating and making very strange noises coming from the compressor.  Daniel conducted a technical diagnostic of the entire system and quickly determined that the problem was the compressor overheating, which was caused by excessive amps switching the unit on and off continuously.   Once the problem was determined, Daniel clearly explained what needed to be done to fix the problem, what it would cost, and the time it would take to complete the job.  We wanted to think about the matter and would let Daniel know if we wanted to go forward with the repairs---Daniel was to let us know the next day if a replacement compressor unit was currently available or if one would need to be ordered, and that he would let us know the next day.  Later the same day, Thursday, Daniel telephoned to let us know that he did have a compressor available and that he would adjust his schedule to repair our unit since Friday was to be a much colder day.  We agreed and verbally approved the work for Friday.  On Friday, Daniel promptly showed up with the replacement unit and immediately went to work to repair the unit.  The work was cleanly completed, the area cleaned, and anything moved was placed back as they were.  He also noticed that the blower fan was not performing as it should and informed us of the problem.  We gave approval for him to fix that problem as well, which he completed very quickly---performing the service at a reasonable cost to us. 

This young man is a talented technician.  His honesty, integrity, and candid approach to customer service is far above reproach.  In my opinion, his above board character and integrity is unique in this business.

I want to thank Best Air for sending Daniel. He was very informative and courteous. As soon as he walked in I told him that I didn't have any ac flowing through the house. Before he checked the unit he gave me possible reasons the unit wasn't working. He explained exactly what he was going to do to check it and after he did so thoroughly explained why it wasn't working. He showed me the part to be replaced and then showed me the new part. After replacing it he tested it to make sure it was working properly and I am very appreciative. I will definitely be using their services in the future.
