I called Allbuild and talked to Eddie, We set up a date for him to come out and give me a estimate. Eddie gave me a figure of 5,085.00 and if I had some bad wood then it would be 30.00 a sheet for plywood. I called Eddie to come out and do the work. Eddie showed up with his crew on time and got busy. The crew had the whole roof stripped in no time. I was asked to come up and take a look at the rotted wood around the chimney and talked to Eddie about the cost to replace the wood and settled on 125.00 Eddie was on site most of the time to watch and give direction to the crew. The job went fast and was done same day. I was very happy with how it came out and the crew did a good job cleaning up. I paid 5,210.00
as talked about. I got a two year labor warranty and a 30 year architectural shingle. I paid half of the job up front.
