The work they did was good. I never had the liner replaced, so I relied on their knowledge. The coping was only replaced on the straight sides, not on the 5 corners (true L style pool). I asked the owner about them and he would see if he could get them from the manufacturer. Weeks went by, so I called. Over the course of 2 months, I called a dozen times and left messages, but no reply. It looks tacky with gaps on the corners, but hopefully the the liner will hold up or the warranty will cover it.
