The contractor was very personable and gave us suggestions on how to fix the problem(s) & a rough estimate as to what we may need to spend on the repairs (verbally). We were given, via email, a full list of what was performed and what needed/suggested to be repaired/replaced. We were also mailed a detailed description of the inspection performed.
