. Van Senter gave me an estimate for repairing drywall in my laundry room and pantry as part of a remodel. He quoted me 2 days of work for $700.00. In total he was at my house 4 days.
He kept leaving to check on other jobs. He didn't finish work. There are still fist-sized holes in my wall where the bottom trim was removed. These were supposed to be patched, mudded and sanded. Drywall mud is dried and stuck to my floor, door frames and window frames.Didn't clean up after himself. Stayed at my home until 9pm one night claiming that he was almost done at 5pm. He left at 9pm at night after working in a room with no light. (It had been removed to add drywall to ceiling) The next morning I noticed the holes in drywall that never were patched. When I applied primer to the parts that seemed done. Much of it bubbled up. The corners have cracks now. Along the window was not done properly. I asked him to patch a 12 inch by 15 inch hole that had been cut into my floor by my plumber. He used a rotten sheet of plywood from my yard as materials.Put un-bagged trash in my roll out container which I now have to clean out. Charged me $900.00
