+ 0 moreWe hired Rob Gunter to install new gutters on our house. The day he was supposed to do the job he just didn't show up. My husband called him at least twice and left messages and he never even returned our call.

+ -1 moreLess than 6 months from having the roof inspection done by Trademark, we had a new leak spring in our foyer. We called Trademark NUMEROUS times. The owner promised to come out and never did despite many, many polite requests to do so. After weeks of this going on, we finally had to call another roofer. From our experience, we don't believe this company stands behind their work

+ -1 moreMark was great and came to our home and gave us a very reasonable estimate. When we scheduled to have the service done we were told a day and rearranged our schedules to be sure and be prepared. They never showed and when we called we were told they were on their way, we called again when they still didn't come and were told they would check and call us back....needless to say they never showed and never called! Not a great way to do business....sad because it started out great!

Description of Work: Trademark Roofing Co Inc did a complete tear down of undersized gutters. They replaced them with 5 inch gutters, they put some where they had never been before, they enlarged downspouts and added leaf guard covers.
