From Alyssa in the office, to Brad who performed the work, everything was first rate. Definitely will be using them again next year for window washing, and power wash as needed. He even removed, and then replaced, 2nd story screens even though it was getting dark by the time he finished.

Their people did a fine job and were great in organizing an on-site estimate and the job itself. When, through a misunderstanding, we found that their pressure-washer had not cleaned some flagstones, as we had wanted, they deducted from our cost, which was our preference rather than sending him over for this small job.

At first I worry about the cleaning will be messy and get wet everywhere. Actually, they did a excellent job on cleaning, each window they did it by hand, no power wash or anything like that. All they use is towels, some soap, straper. They can clean all the bird marks when the bird smashed on the window. I even couldn't clean it myself. They did a excellent job. Very details. I would definitely hire them to clean my windows again.
