Exceptional customer service! Erica Anderson at Team Anderson Realty was able to do for us in less than five days what our first realtor could not do in five and a half months—sell our home!! From the moment she walked into our home, she unequivocally stated that she could get our home under contract. Her confidence made us feel comfortable and reassured. Best of all, she quickly delivered on her promise. Erica and her father knew exactly how to stage our home to make it appealing to buyers. Contrary to what we were previously told by another realtor, she brought our house to life with pictures, plants and a few small accessories. Once the home was staged, her photographer took an amazing professional video and pictures, including an incredible drone shot! But what Erica does with the pictures is the most incredible part. She creates a four-page color booklet that makes every home look like it should sell for millions of dollars. On top of that, her marketing strategy is second to none and this is the reason why—she markets to 5 MLS sites, did a 3D Matterport, and featured our home on Zillow. After that, the showings flooded in! We had a showing the day we went live, 9 showings in a single day (that is after 2 showings cancelled or we would have had 11) and then received 5 offers within 24 hours! It does not get better than that! We also have to give a shout out to the rest of Erica’s team—it was so easy and pleasant to deal with them. They guided us through the rest of the process which went smoothly and quickly. They stayed on top of every last detail. Communication: She was ALWAYS accessible at any hour of the day or night unlike our previous realtor who turned his phone off after 5pm and could NEVER be reached on the weekends. Every text was answered in a matter of minutes and if she was occupied, she would send a text to let us know that as soon as she was done, she would respond. Timely and super-efficient!! The bottom line: She is knowledgeable, ultra-professional, savvy and calm and cool under pressure. She carries herself with sophistication and grace. No other realtor comes close. Team Anderson is the best I have ever used `this is our fourth time with Team Anderson. From the listing agent to the closing coordinator we recieved all the support and results we needed.Also highly recommend the photographer they used- the best listing photos we have ever had. The incredible amount of time and commitment they put in throughout the entire process of selling our townhome was beyond expectations. I met with five real estate agents over a one week period. Erica and her father Doug were the only ones who asked intelligent questions, didn't try to "sell" me, pointed out useful marketing strategies, and could hone in on the unique selling points of our four-acre property. They made justifiable suggestions on repairs to make and not make (leave for negotiating table), colors to repaint for buyer appeal, and how to best price and market. They also staged our home as well as produced a wonderful video that included drone footage as well. We started getting multiple showing requests at the exact price point they said we would. Although we ended up taking our home off the market due to an unexpected change in family situation (and needing to stay at this home), we highly recommend Team Anderson. Be sure to include Erica and Doug in your agent interviews...you will be glad you did.
