Sweetwater Landscapes LLC

Sweetwater has undertrained landscapers who do a mediocre job at best and ruin plants at their worst. When my flowering bushes got hacked away by them I was told it was an accident and there was nothing they could or would do unless the bushes completely died. They are consistently late on starting lawn maintenance leading to our communities grass staying brown through the summer.

We had to fire our previous landscaper and Sweetwater came to the rescue.  Great price (sorry, can't disclose contract price) compared to the other community landscape companies.  They know what they are doing to make your community look amazing.  We had used them in the past, but had to change due to a noncontract price with them.  However, when they came to use with a contract price instead of an hourly price, we hired them again. 

We did have a small issue with some sod.  The sod didn't take and we received pushback to wait.   the sod never did take off and replace sod looked like a checkered board, thus the B rating for professionalism along with not removing all debris.   Some debris were tossed into the woods, but the situation was corrected once the manager was notified.  I would recommend them other communities.

They were hired to replace another landscaping company that we felt wasn't preforming in a professional manner. There was an immediate improvement in the quality and professionalism. There is also a high level of knowledge in areas the previous provider was lacking (the retention pond is the best example). More importantly is the consistent level of quality work they have continued to provide! I wish could give them an A+!

They just recently notified me that they were going to go to more commercial business and they were dropping their services to homeowners. During the time that they had provided their service, they were professional.

The project went very well.
The initial estimation and evaluation went great, we walked down the property and told Sweetwater what we wanted for the finished project. They gave us their feedback on what would work and what wouldn't work as well as options to save us money, like picking pavers from leftovers rather than ordering an entire pallet for such a small landing area.
The crew was on time and very thorough with their work. They even delayed the project one week due to 100+ Degree temps to ensure project success. We are very satisfied with the finished product and we started a yard maintenance program after it was completed.
The crew gave us tips on how to ensure the sod was established and even came back to make sure it wasn't too wet or too dry.
Their suggestions and guidance really helped us have great success.
We are looking forward to this Summer and how our lawn will look this year.

I found him on Angie's List and there was a coupon, the normal price is $60. He did a demo spray for us and he will be coming back out to reseed the lawn. They ended up getting there early, it was 6:30 in the morning.

I THINK OVERALL THEY DO A GOOD JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. ONE OF MY BUSHES DIED, BUT THEY TOOK RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT AND REPLANTED IT. AFTER A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. MY TIME WAS UP, BUT THEY DID ME A FAVOR.
