Contract was signed in mid-March. The brothers have been here several times to spread and/or spray weedkiller. One day I found both of them on all fours hand weeding my flower beds. They brought in and spread mulch last week. They're always cheerful, always polite, and have both indicated their desire to whip my place into shape. I really appreciate that attitude.

Very clean work. Very friendly and polite. People who like people. They charge $35 per mowing, which is probably reasonable.
