project took too long. I have touch up issues with paint and it has been almost 2 weeks and they still have not come back to fix them.

Repairs made per estimate. Communications was lacking. Initial estimate was delayed (per original promise). Also, my appointment time was 0830-1000 but the crew didn't show until after 1000. I had to initiate the communications that morning to find out that the crew was delayed. I did have sticker shock from a $425 price for the removal and replacement of a 4ft plank of wood siding, painting (i provided the paint), and re-installation of the gutters...but I had a short timeline and Rogers crew was available.
