I called and talked to Kim about 2 weeks ago (I think) and scheduled a deep clean in preparation for a party we're having this weekend. I left a message for Kim and she called me back the same day. She was very thorough with her description of services, confident in her abilities, and comfortable talking about prices. I've never used their services, nor have I had any friends who have used them (that I'm aware of), so I was flying blind.
The day we agreed upon came and Kim and her husband were on time and ready to work. They were very friendly, worked well together, and did an unbelievable job, literally top to bottom. We had some "special" circumstances (2 dogs, a cat, and a kid to get in the way, piles of party-planning stuff to work around, and a broken microwave handle that I forgot to tell them about), but they just kept moving and were out of here in just over 4 hours.
Kim quoted me $185-200, which is about 2/3 of what I've paid for deep cleans in the past, and then charged me the full $200, which I expected given the fact that I had not cleaned the house myself in about a month, plus the fact that she did such a beautiful job. I chose to pay her $225, and intend to invite her back, budget permitting.
