Excellent work, they detected a leak that developed from manipulating the existing house supply lines in the crawl space, involving a nail from original house construction 15 years ago.  Plumbing Concepts fixed this unexpected leak at no extra charge.  Ed and his crew were terrific - I'd have no hesitation in calling them again.

From the get-go, Eddie/Plumbing Concepts, Inc. has been exactly the plumber all of us wish we had, but never can quite find: extraordinarily responsive, unfailingly polite and courteous, and someone who takes pride in his work (which, I might add, is top notch--I used to be in the construction industry, and after six plumbers, I finally found Eddie to work on my house). In addition, this renovation has taken the "scenic route" to being completed...and although there was a 13 month lapse between start and finish, Eddie didn't miss a beat, and when I called him in to complete the work, he was there the day after he came back into town (his company's work is evidently in high demand as he was doing the plumbing for franchises in a neighboring state for a national pizza chain--yes they also do commercial plumbing work). Of the plumbers I've worked with, Eddie and Plumbing Concepts, Inc. is the only company I can unreservedly recommend. Their work is excellent. Their service is excellent. Their prices are excellent. I'm so satisfied that I will be recommending Eddie and his company to co-workers who may be needing plumbing work in the future.
