Mosquito Joe of Western Wake

We've had great service and results from our treatments over the last five years or so. Out yard was unusable in the evenings or mornings due to mosquitoes. This fixed that and our yard is still full of birds and bees all the time.

We Love. Love, Love, Mosquito Joe!! We have been with them for years! Excellent Customer Service!! Very Detailed and they never forget what you ask of them no matter who is here doing the spraying! Erica is Awesome and makes sure all our needs are taken care of; for example like having them come out before Family Gatherings or Special Events to make sure we are mosquito free!!! Thank you for all that you do!!

Will and whomever comes with him are great technicians. They are thorough, respectful of my property (and that of my neighbors), and contact me when they are coming (outside of the polite reminder from the good folks at MoJo HQ - thank you too). Cannot say enough good about this fine company. I give my highest recommendation for their service, both in their effective product and their great customer care.

Mosquito Joe was very accommodating in starting our service because we were in the middle of a pool build. They also were able to always listen when we ask them to spray away from neighbor who wished to not have any product in his yard! THE BEST I HAVE TO SAY IS WE WERE ABLE TO ENJOY THE OUTSIDE ALL SUMMER WITH NO MOSQUITOS!

The treatment has helped tremendously! The employees respond quickly and are helpful and very flexible with scheduling needs.

This was my first time using Mosquito Joe for any kind of yard service. I originally inquired about treatment for fire ants as well as mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks. They were very responsive and took time to answer all of my questions. They let me know what days they would be out to provide service and contacted me if there were any changes to the schedule. After the initial fire ant treatment, I found a small mound of fire ants near the edge of my yard so I contacted them to see if they could come back and treat that area. They were back out treating the area within hours of my call and said they would come back out as often as they had to to treat the yard at no additional charge. Its early in the season but their treatments seem to be effective in eliminating all of the annoying outdoor pests. Based on my experience, they seem to be a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in outdoor pest control.

This is my second year with Mosquito Joe and I'm so happy with this company. Prompt, courteous service and I can enjoy my yard again! I never get bitten now. This is so much better than coating my skin with poison every time I go outside. Thank you!

We have definitely had a GREAT summer with little to no problems with mosquitos. Since we live in a heavily wooded area, our tick population has literally disappeared as well. Will never go without this service! Makes living outdoors possible and pleasurable

Fine and came back when one treatment did not work

I contact them to set up mosquito control service, they came, they sprayed and it worked like a charm. Fantastic product. I contacted them about moving up our next date of service at short notice, and the accommodated. Great customer service.

They were very careful and responsive to requests/questions. The results were incredible, especially since two of our neighbors also used the service. The neighbor on one side of me didn't, but it didn't seem to hurt the effectiveness of the spray. In the past we've hardly been able to go out in the yard during the summer due to mosquitoes, but this service made it great. We will definitely be signing up for next season too. It seemed a bit expensive at first, but after seeing the results, we didn't hesitate to continue it all summer.

We have really seen a big difference. We used to not be able to go outside with the all mosquitos. They come when they say they're coming. The cost is very reasonable.

Every year our house is overridden by mosquitoes. I used to get at least one bite on the walk from my house to my car. I won't say the mosquitoes are completely gone, but there have been few bites thanks to their service. Their staff is very friendly and professional. It is always easy to reach them on the phone or by email and their online service makes it easy to pay, schedule, and check invoicing.

It went well every time. In July, when I'd had enough of mosquito bites and didn't want to itch any longer, I call Mosquito Joe!
We set up an appointment and David arrived to explain the product ( I wanted natural mosquito repellent) and how it worked. He was very informative, gave me a lot of good information and explained how the product would be applied. He advised me on other alternative products in case we needed them for other pests.

As it turned out we did an additional product, as not a couple weeks later, we had a tree invested with bag worms. If you've never seen bags worms- it's freaky- now this was a little pine tree just off our back porch and I thought it was just dying because it was turning brown and the fact that it was moving- I thought, the wind. NO- the worms are actually in little bags where they shake to release themselves so it looks like the tree is alive! I found out the bag worms are BAD news and can actually affect all your trees if not addressed right away. I contacted David and Erica and they responded right away to spray this tree and the surrounding trees for this pest. We had to have the little pine tree cut down but the other trees are okay. Yay!

I would say the prices are competitive with other providers offering similar services but I chose Mosquito Joe because I felt the first person I talked to, who was David, presented professionalism and I learned by working with them that David and Erica also have good work ethics. Erica sent me emails at all the appropriate times when I needed to know either about the next service time or just to answer a question. Like the third product they provided on the last service appointment.

I was worried the dog and cats would get fleas like they did last year and just asked Erica if they had anything for that. Why yes, they could lay some granules around the property line to help with this.

All in all, I would say Mosquito Joe Of Western Wake is a company you can count on as David and Erica has proven to us! We will continue to use their services every time!

He has really good pricing. They will let you know they are coming before hand in case you need to cancel because you do not have any mosquitos.
