They are excellent, professional, and very well clean cut. They are very well educated and patient with me. They come out when it’s convenient to the customer and they are willing to give personal contact information when it is a special situation to benefit the customers.

Lance treated the point of entry with a product that the ants brought back to the nest and there was no sign of them within a few days. We then signed up for his year-round program, which includes a quarterly application upon the entire exterior grounds of the property, and inside as needed. Included in the service are free touch ups when pests are spotted, such as when we had an ant colony start in a dirty gutter of all places. They not only took care of that problem so we could clean the gutters afterward, they also spotted a nest of yellow jackets in the ground as they were surveying the property. They treated the bees nest for no additional charge as well. I would recommend them for being knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt.
