Hagan Home Inspections

Mr. Hogan saved my closing date by coming out last minute to fulfill a request by my home lender in order to close on the date they promised. Service with a smile.

John was great , first he was the only home inspector that quickly returned my call for a inspection four days after the call, he was very thorough and professional , send the report the day after the inspection and with the things he found that needed to be fixed we quickly got our money back...I really recommend John Hagan , we will use him before we close on our new house.

John was terrific, provided both good and bad feedback. HIs honesty regarding hidden issues in the crawlspace of the home saved me from purchasing a potential money pit.  

John Hagan was a very thorough individual that uncovered an number of maintenance issues that the current home owners neglected on their house.  He was punctual and had the full written report available for download the very next day.  
He's certainly not the cheapest, but as an ex-retro permit guy he knows his stuff and certainly worth his value.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone purchasing an older home.
