I was getting quotes for body work. Great that they offer online quotes. The customer service and follow up was excellent. They even followed up to see if I received email and had questions (best follow up then any company I contacted) only reason I did not hire them I found quotes cheaper elsewhere and since person that hit my car was paying out of pocket.

Vehicle was repaired in two weeks time, which I had no problem with, as I had a rental to drive around in. Gerber collision made the arrangements for the rental for me and I was able to drop it off at Gerber collision when my car was completed.
I was updated by text messaage periodically so I never had to call and ask what the status was. The work pertformed was of excellent qualitity look like a new car when they got done. Trunk works perfectly, the rear view camera is properly aligned and working well. Inside of trunk was painted and sealed. New bumper installed, paint matches perfectly. I have no complaints.
Customer service provided by Gerald was excellent very friendly and outgoing willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy.
Hopefully and I won't need the services of a collision shop again, but if I do I would definately bring my car here again.

Gerber was recommended by USAA, our insurance carrier. We paid deductible, insurance company did rest. They did an outstanding job. Great employees, Courteous, professional, friendly. Can't say enough good things.
I had a second problem involving my other car. Leaking trunk. Gerber rep took a look at the problem and tried to diagnose it, but after a little while concluded that we could probably get it done elsewhere at less cost. He recommended someone, and that worked out very well. I appreciate their genuine interest in helping.

The staff is friendly, professional, hard working, humorous and straight forward.
The work done was outstanding. I had my own car back in 3 days. I had similar work done on a previous car at another collision repair center and it took 2 weeks to get my car back. I will never use that provider again now that I know of Gerber.
They even vacuumed my car and cleaned the dashboard and console at no charge to me.
Can't say enough good things about them.

Seriously, we have taken a couple of vehicles to these guys (back when they were known as True-to Form) because of the name. We thought that with a name like that - we would get perfection. Ha! Ha! The Mazda that we took in was my daughter's car and she had wreck it. They subcontracted out the front end repair to a shop not more than a 1/4 mile away and charged me to tow it there. Once the front end was replaced, they repainted the car. We had to go through 2 sets of brand new tires which cost us an additional $1,200 before we realized that they front end installer forgot to fully tighten the axle bolts on our front wheel drive car. The only way we found out was from the warranty not being honored at Firestone, due to the axle being loose which caused the tires to wear out fast. I mean, chords were showing on the inside wall of the tires within 10,000 miles. Needless to say, we were stupid enough to take our camaro in to them to paint - as we felt that the paint job they did for us before was fine. Even after my wife and I walking the estimator around the car and telling what we wanted fixed, they still managed to mess things up, only to explain to us that they said they would "touch up" the areas and since they did not like the "touch up" once it was applied, they proceeded to merely remove it and left the area in its original state prior to us bringing it in. Now, you would expect to get a phone call or something - from someone who would have conveyed to us these details while they were fixing the car, which would have given us the opportunity to be bent over and fork out more money to get them to do what you thought they were going to do in the first place. I might have been upset at this tactic, but at least as I made arrangements for another vehicle to drive, time off from work to take the car to them initially and then pick it up - when I came in to pick up my car - everything I wanted done would have been done, instead of some areas not even being touched. Then when I talk to the guy about it, he proceeds to try to tell me what he did for me as a "courtesy". Courtesy? Are you kidding me? Many trivial scratches were not even touched and they could have been buffed out pretty easily. When I discussed why he did not do what we wanted, he explained that he did not mean "fix" the areas, he meant only to "touch up" with a $5.00 tube of matching paint from the GM Dealer. He then went on to tell me that he decided not to repair the area because we have factory paint on our car and he could not match or blend in the areas to match the factory finish. Umm, hello. He repainted my rear bumper and the color seemed to blend in pretty well with the rest of the car. I just - for once - would like to take my car to someone and them give me a price to do something, have them stick to that price and come away with exactly what we discussed that they would do in the first place. These guys are tricky with their words and are not willing to stand behind the work of subcontractors. I approached them about the tires on my daughter's car and they made zero concessions because when we picked up the car and drove it - it seemed to work fine at the time. Little did we know what was going on with the loose front axle, until 2 sets of tires later. By this time - their warranty was out. The funny thing is that once the axle was tightened, we never had an issue with the tires again. I will never agian take my vehicle to these guys. I would rather use Maaco. At least then you know what you are getting - even if it is cheap.

I walked in hoping to get an estimate. Instead, I walked out a half an hour later with the job completed. Everyone was very nice and I was very happy with the end result as well. I was planning to get several estimates, but I didn't need to do that. Gerber got the job done for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

This was the third time we've used True2Form and they continue to impress. I brought the car in after the accident. They looked at it within 5 minutes of me arriving. Since I could not open either passenger side door, they came out and fixed that right away with some pry bars. That was pretty cool of them. Within a day or two, they had gotten parts and I brought the car in. They did a great job with all the repairs. They forgot to hook my auto windows back up but a quick trip back and they fixed it. Nice people too!

We had our car towed here to be repaired because it was one of our insurance company's "blue ribbon repair shops" and we were told that would be easier than taking it to a shop outside their network. That's the last time I make that mistake. The repairs ran a week over schedule, which would have been all right if anyone from the shop had bothered to try to keep us informed of the delays. Instead I had to call and ask for information. The rep assigned to our case was very bad about returning calls. After I got the insurance company involved they did a little better and paid for a rental car for the last few days. After we finally took delivery of the car, we had to go back twice for follow up repairs. I will not use them again.
