They matched prices with a lower competitor. The first man I dealt with was very good but the second guy wasn't as good or as responsive. He got the job down, but I didn't like his attitude as much.

It was great. They took me in right away even though it was late. The workers are very courteous and they make me feel welcome. We've used them for at least two years.

They are expensive. Their oil change is $39, but they have good service. If you look in Holly Springs, there is place here that is horrible, and they will rub you blind. So, you actually want to stick to Holly Springs proper, get an oil change, and not have them treat you like a stupid woman or try to sell you other stuff. Firestone has been pretty straightforward, and I like the fact that they are honest. They tell you what you need and what you do not need. They can run behind though.
