My interaction with this company and the owner went very smoothly. He was prompt to answer his phone - I had called on the weekend. We got the appointment set up for the day I requested. He arrived on time. And I was pleased with the quality of work. I am satisfied.

He arrived on time and completed the job thoroughly and quickly. He was friendly to my dog as well. I struggled to find a carpet cleaning service that could handle pet stains (or at least didn’t charge more for it) and was happy that they were so accommodating.

Ericson was very responsive when I called for service, even though they were a long way from my house. Paul was very understanding of my needs and I chose them because of the sanitizing services that come with their carpet cleaning. There were no hidden charges and they completed the task quickly and did a great job on the stains. Would definitely use them again.

He arrived promptly and wrapped up the job in about an hour and everything looked great. Very professional and knew exactly what he was doing.

This company does an excellent job at cleaning carpets. First thing I noticed was good it smelled afterwards. It was a pleasant citrus smell throughout the home. We recently bought a new home and the carpet was in pretty rough shape. After the cleaning the carpets look so much better. We always have our carpets cleaned and they are by far the best cleaning service we have used.
