Description of Work: I had a bathroom in my old house (1931) redone by Triangle Design Kitchens in 2009. Energy Independent Builders did the demolition of the old bathroom and reconstruction of the new space. Adjectives to describe this job are professional, reasonably priced, highly competent, and thoughtful. The bathroom was completed in November 2009 and I have had no problems whatsoever. Energy Independent Builders is now rebuilding and screening in two porches on my house. I did not even ask for other estimates for this job because of my excellent experience with this company with my bathroom. This job was just started two weeks ago; my confidence that it would be done right by this company is so far well-justified.

 + 0 moreWe were very pleased with the results from the kitchen, powder room and overall first floor project. It was very easy to work with Bill Stockford of Energy Independent Builders. He quickly addressed concerns and issues as they arose, and kept the project on schedule with solid workmanship and good customer service. We were impressed the many different subcontractors, as well. All were very professional and courteous and good at their jobs, resolving an array of renovation issues. I highly recommend Bill Stockford and Energy Independent Builders.
Description of Work: Energy Independent Builders (EIB) performed the demolition, construction and building needs for our first floor renovation, including a full gutting of our kitchen and powder room, all rooms painted and all hardwoods refinished. Working within the existing footprint of the first floor, EIB opened up the wall between our kitchen and family room, installed hardwoods in the powder room and provided all plumbing and electrical needs.
