I have had a horrible experience with this company! They installed a new furnace and they have had to keep coming back to repair it several times since installation just a few weeks ago. It is a piece of junk! I am demanding a full refund and/or replacement. I hope to post the resolution to this unacceptable experience in a few days.

Got back to me in a timely way to schedule appointment for estimate. Thoroughly inspected asked questions and listened. Explained clearly. Once chosen scheduled quickly and set up and completed the coil replacement needed. Made sure to check things worked as expected. Left area neat took away old coil. Explain service agreement without pressure. Signed up for it because they will give a detailed report after the service inspection so you know any potential future issues.

Cool green responded quickly and got the install completed same day.

Burak is honest, that's the most important quality in this line of work in my humble opinion, since I have been ripped off far too many times dealing with HVAC companies and techs. I have 2 units that need quarterly maintenance so I have worked with at least 10 different companies, but couldn't stay with with any of them for long since issues about their integrity and quality of work would always come up. I'm happy that I found Burak now and I'm looking forward to a mutually beneficial long term business relationship with him.

Burak explained his troubleshooting clearly, was patient with my questions, fixed the issue that was stopping my unit was working, and talked about potential for issues in the future. Great service and I would use him again.

Very prompt and courteous ~ explained process of cleaning the dryer vent to me. Did an excellent job in doing so and the offered the service of cleaning my A/C unit - which I said yes to. Pricing was very reasonable and service was very good. I am a widow and my reason for only giving 4.5 stars is only because there was a slight mess left behind inside from the vent cleaning and a bit of a bigger one outside where the dry vent exits the house and also where the A/C Unit was cleaned. I would definitely recommend CoolGreen; however, I would just make sure to pay closer attention to the clean-up process.
