After a year of searching through the many, many HVAC companies I chose Comfort Pro and I am glad I did. From the time I called to schedule through the actual maintenance has be nothing but positive. Ms Dawn, who scheduled the appointment was kind, patience and professional while entertaining the many questions I had. My appointment was with Albert and what a nice man he is. He checked out my system, taught me a few things about how it was set up in my home. He found a part that needed to be replaced and ask me if I wanted it done. I trusted him and said yes. He even convinced me to join him in my attic to see the rest of my system. I am glad I found him and joined his Comfort Club so I will see them again in the spring. Don't hesitate to give them a call.

I feel they are professional, honest, responsive and reliable. They seem to care about the quality of their work.

Albert and his team are absolutely amazing. Albert installed a new AC unit for us. He has a fantastic attention to detail where he not only makes sure the AC unit was installed correctly but he also made sure the new systems looked good as well. Everything was level, the AC unit was placed in the exact perfectly centered location on the concrete pad and we didn't even have to tell him to take care of these details. Its just how he does things. Albert also did a great job explaining to me the options when I was deciding what I should purchase for my new AC unit. Albert's high quality work and attention to detail made the process of installing a new AC unit stress free! I also found his prices very reasonable! I very highly recommend him!

We have used them a couple times and we have a yearly contract with them to come and inspect our units.before the heating or cooling seasons begin. He's very good. He has a beard and looks scruffy but he is a nice man and knows his air conditioning. His price is probably comparable with most others. We haven't had a lot of work done on our heating or cooling in the past, so I don't have anything to compare it with. His quality is very good. When I called him the first time he hoped himself right on over here within a few hours, which is good. He is very good about bringing his shoes covers. He puts them on before I have to ask. So, he is very considerate of the inside of my house. He is very courteous. He always lets me know where he is going to be working. "Mam, I'm ready to work upstairs now and work on your inside parts." So, that's nice that he tells me that. He always tells me what he sees before he does anything in the way of work. He is open and honest, no surprises. It does not take long for him to do the work. He is quick. I can look out the window and see he is actually doing it. So I know he is not fooling me. He cleans up very good after he completes the job, no problem.

It went well. He identified a few additional problems that also needed addressing, but was not pushy about them and talked through our options in a helpful way.

Albert located the fault in the upstairs AC quickly and it turned out to be a loose fitting so a quick fix (and much less $$$!). He found some issues with the downstairs unit (wrong capacitor installed from the start) and rectified that. He also correctly pegged that the downstairs unit had an epoxy covered coil installed in the winter as he saw that it was low on freon, but not leaking. He topped that unit off and filled the upstairs unit as well. He also did a complete inspection of each unit inside and out (we have a HP and a gas unit), Everything went very smoothly and throughout the process Albert was clear and very communicative with me despite the fact that I was out of town! He sent me pictures of the before and after cleaning of the outside units to show me the difference, something I appreciate being interested in this type of stuff.

I mentioned that I had the heating coil blow fuses over the winter, he checked itrt and found it was loose, tightened it up and said he did not think it needed replacing, a no cost fix!

Because of a good experience with my air conditioner, I called Comfort Pro LLC to get a vent installed for my clothes dryer. I made an appointment with Albert Beamon to come by and look at the dryer and its location. He arrived a little early, looked over the situation, and provided an estimate for installation based on the dryer location and the best exterior wall for locating the vent outlet. We arranged for installation in a few days based on his schedule. He arrived on time and worked with a helper to build a custom metal pipe for venting the dryer. He had to drill through the laundry room floor and an exterior brick wall to complete the installation. He had everything installed in about 1.5 hours. My dryer works perfectly, and I am very pleased. Mr. Beamon located the exterior vent on a wall that's not visible from the front of the house. He considered the color of my house and installed a brown vent cover that is well caulked and looks great. I am very pleased.

It went very well after having purchased an Angies List coupon for the service. We had just moved in to our new home and wanted to have the a/c checked. Mr Beamon arrived on time and got to work. It turned out that the system badly needed attention and Mr. Beamon took the time to do what was necessary. He is very personable and communicates very well.

Albert Beamon answered the phone promptly and was able to come out within the morning to look at our unit. He did some testing and was able to determine that the capacitor needed to be replaced. He replaced it quickly and efficiently and our fan in our unit was back up and running. He then took a few minutes once the unit was running again to test out everything else to make sure it was running properly and so we wouldn't have any surprises down the road. He was very friendly, professional, quick, efficient and honest. I highly recommend him!

I contacted Comfort Pro LLC for a second opinion on my 11-year-old Trane air conditioning unit after reading the good reviews on Angie?s List about this company. The vendor who installed the unit in 2005 (with a gas furnace) had been by two weeks before because the AC was not cooling. The technician advised that the AC unit had a freon leak somewhere, which he could not find after about 30 or 40 minutes of searching, and he indicated that I needed to replace the unit if it stopped cooling again. The unit stopped cooling again in about 10 days, and I decided to get a second opinion because my previous Trane unit had lasted 21 years. Mr. Beamon with Comfort Pro responded to my call on June 15, 2016, by saying he would be at my house that afternoon to look at the unit. He found a leak in the condensing coil in about 20 minutes and suggested that the previous technician probably didn?t look at the coil because it?s quite unusual for Trane units to leak at that location. He gave me two options: replacing the condensing coil or getting a new unit. After we discussed the prices and pros and cons, I decided to replace the coil rather than the entire unit. Mr. Beamon had to order the coil, which took longer to arrive than estimated. He kept me posted each day on the arrival status. The part arrived on a Friday afternoon, and Mr. Beamon came over on a Saturday morning at 8 a.m. to be sure my AC unit was fixed as soon as it could be. He had it up and running fine in about 3 hours. His diagnosis saved me money, and I am confident in his repair skills because of the straightforward way he diagnosed the problem and communicated. I also must say that my dog is wary of strangers, particularly men. I forgot to gate her in a room when Mr. Beamon arrived on Saturday morning. When I opened the door, she greeted him with no fear and welcomed him rather than bristling or barking. Her completely-at-ease reaction verified for me that he is a good person. I look forward to working with Mr. Beamon in the future and have already asked him to complete the fall inspection on my furnace.

He spotted something that needed to be fixed, and he corrected it at no charge. He professionally explained the job, and he even drew pictures! He also cleaned up after himself, and did a very nice job. He finished the work in a reasonable time frame. He said it would be about an hour and a half, and he finished a little over that. Excellent all around.

 He did call before the appointment to tell me he was going to be late. Hopefully,  I won't need to use the company again.

It was great - they found that we have a good filter that was not even turned on in our house. Moreover, they provided two potential solutions for the heating system in our house and two quotes. We did not move forward with this project yet but it was very informational.

During the proposal process, we found Mr. Beamon to be very attentive to our needs, knowledgeable, honest, and fair in pricing. We can say that because he is not the first contractor we spoke to regarding this project. He gave us several options and added others when we asked. At no point did we feel pressured to make a certain purchase, although we had decided it was time to replace our aging system. Once we selected our new Rheem unit, Mr. Beamon scheduled our installation for within a few days. He and his assistant were very professional and worked diligently to replace our exterior system taking care to minimize damage to existing screening bushes. Although we have only needed heat thus far, the newly installed system works wonderfully. The work area outside was left very tidy.
It was apparent to us that Mr. Beamon cares deeply that his customers are completely satisfied. It is this high level of professionalism and his knowledge of several manufacturer's products that has led us to have Mr. Beamon take over preventative maintenance on all three of our HVAC systems.  We recommend you contact him if you have heat/AC needs. You will be pleased.

The air was fixed, and maintenance is being done to prolong the life of my unit. Thank you!

Excellent work

We've used other heating and air conditioning companies before, and Comfort Pro is by far the best.  Al is a nice guy who was easy to work with.  He first looked for a solution that would save us money by fixing the old system.  Then he offered to do the installation on a holiday so as not to disturb us or the surrounding businesses.  His pricing was better than that of the 2 other estimates we got.  He did a number of extra things that he wouldn't have had to include just so the job would be done right.  We now have service contracts with him to maintain our heating and air systems both at our office and our home. We highly recommend him.
