The small black area he corrected is a different, darker color than the rest of the ceiling. I called Marshall Washburn, who did the work; his phone was disconnected--no other number left. I called his brother, Mike and left a message, explaining the problem and asking for a redo of the small part of the ceiling which was the darker area. He never returned my call.

"I had no knowledge of the ceiling fan being installed and i did come back to touch up after another person made the mess at no cost to the client .The touch up had nothing to do with original job . I guess a free trip to her house was not enough to satisfy her. I have changed the name to my company since then and phone number because i no longer have a partner"

We have lived in the Chapel Hill-Durham area for over 10 years, and have had professional contact with many different service-providers.
