It was a pleasure working with Ryan at Carolina Casa on my crawl space sealing. Ryan was very willing to work with me on the scope and cost of the project. His cost was the most reasonable and the quality of the work was outstanding. It was very easy to communicate with him and he provided helpful and thoughtful advice on this and other unrelated projects. They did an excellent job with very good rates. The crawl space now looks clean and presentable. Ryan, the owner, is responsive, efficient and willing to comply with your requests. He even went above and beyond to fix the door hinges to the crawl space when asked. That he gives three estimates for you to choose the one that best fits your needs and budget, not the one size fits all solution that the other companies impose on you, is also very appealing to me. They did an outstanding job on a full remediation of our crawlspace....communication was always prompt, pricing was competitive, they were on time and worked hard. Our HOA is strict regarding maintenance projects like this and Ryan and Andrew managed well within the requirements. The end product is great...crawlspace is fully protected, climate controlled and clean as a whistle. Hire these guys. They do what they say and do it on time with zero surprises.

Carolina Casa was easy to work with and performed the crawl space encapsulation well. They also installed a French drain and remediated some mold. Patrick was attentive and responsive, flexible to accommodate other contractors working in the space. The French drain was installed exactly as planned, and the encapsulation was performed to high quality. Definitely a great result, would hire again.

Carolina CASA was one of three companies I received quotes from to perform the installation of a specified scope of service for my home crawl space. I am a Building Envelope Consultant by profession and am very knowledgeable with this type of work/services and I developed the scope of services I wanted to have performed and Carolina CASA quote for this scope of work was the lowest of the three. I decided to go with Carolina CASA and made some minor changes to the scope of work and Patrick with Carolina CASA was great to work with throughout the process and very helpful and responsive to my needs or concerns. The termite inspector told us that we had a dampness problem in our crawl space with condensation dripping from the ductwork and our insulation was wet. There was mold on the floor joists. I never thought much about our crawl space but this got my attention as I read of the problems with humidity and dampness there. I called several companies, discussed several options, and learned a lot. I ask a lot of questions. Fortunately I found Ryan Leheny from Carolina Casa and he specializes in crawl space restoration. He is prompt and very professional. He answered every question I had and quickly responded to every text I later sent him. He gave us two good options to fix the crawl space problems and we decided on full encapsulation. Now our crawl space is dry, the mold is gone, and the humidity is low. He is motivated and interested in doing an excellent job. I like that he did not subcontract the work but was here during much of the 2 days it took to complete the work. He gives a complimentary 6 month follow up check on the work and dehumidifier. I highly recommend him.

Ryan and his team were awesome. Ryan kept me in the loop at all times and what and when they would be working on. Great price for the complete encapsulation of our crawlspace. He made recommendations and listen to our concerns when we first discussed the options. Great company to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Carolina Casa was professional and did a thorough job fully encapsulating my crawl space. They removed all of the old insulation and scrubbed mold which had started to grow, They also put in a french drain and sump pump. They added a dehumidifier after we had an electrician come out. Their pricing was much better than regional contractors. Whenever I had a question, answers were provided within a day. After Hurricane Florence came through, I asked that they come and check to make sure everything was working properly. They were out within the week to follow-up. Everything still looks great,

Carolina Casa did an outstanding job. From the initial evaluation, estimate, work and follow up, they have been completely wonderful to work with. They provided us with three detailed estimates of work, and completely transformed our crawlspace from damp disaster into an encapsulated and dry space that I am sure will enhance the well being of my family.

These guys are very good, they know what they're doing, and they're fast. They installed a vapor barrier and replaced soaked insulation in our crawlspace within 36 hours of starting their work at our house. I would use these guys again and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Ryan was very thorough in his examination and remedy of the moisture issues in the crawlspace of my home. He explained in detail the issues that he found. He offered suggestions on how he felt would best remedy the issues and then allowed me to decide on how to proceed. When Ryan replaced the vapor barrier under the house, he allowed ample overlap of the sheeting and secured it with landscape fabric stakes. In addition, he re-hung the fallen insulation, sprayed for mold and sealed the vents and foundation gap. He has also pointed out issues that may need to be addressed in the future. Ryan was prompt, diligent and very professional. He has also scheduled follow-up visits to ensure that the issues have been resolved and no new issues have risen. I have been very pleased with the Ryan’s work and highly recommend his services.
