We were very happy with the service Animal Tails provided and highly recommend her! There was no extra charge for the holiday or for giving medications and she was able to fit in some last minute time slots for us. We were impressed with the detailed paperwork she brought for us to fill out during the meet and greet and you could tell she really cares about animals and was comfortable around large dog breeds. She sent us email updates with pictures and left daily notes on their activities. She also cleaned up their roaming furballs and left a few cards of recommended veterinarians. We will definitely use Animal Tails next time we need a pet sitter.

This was our first time using a pet sitter, so we were a bit aprrehensive. However, we had a wonderful experience using Animal Tails pet sitting service. She came over and met with us and our cats and took detailed information regarding medical histories, personality, feeding instructions, emergency contact etc. She came by for daily visits and made notes of what she did each day. She also sent emails and photos while we were away to keep us posted on how they were doing. We found her to be caring and trustworthy and will definately use her services again.

We had used Animal Tails prior to this visit with total satisfaction. This visit went as well as prior visits. During our initial meeting, detailed histories were requested on all pets, including physical description, medical history, pet's Veterinarian, habits, disposition, schedule, etc. Medication, food choice, meal times, and favorite activities were also discussed. Next, we followed with pet introductions and living arrangements. We opted for the once a day visit but more visits are available. During our week vacation, we received a couple of phone calls and a few pictures of our pets.

Due to a neighbor's dog entering our yard, the owner of Animal Tails needed to deal with a potentially uncomfortable situation. The situation was dealt with in the most professional and responsible manner. Aside from this incident, we had a very positive experience now and in the past.
