[Member Name Removed], Please call the office, we want to resolve this issue. We have called and left you two messages concerning this complaint. Here is what we understand on our end. Wake County web site has conflicting information. The status code says "open" but the inspection says "passed". We do not know why their information is not correct. Our paperwork does say the inspection passed as well. The gas leak was from the gas regulator which was installed by someone else. However, we replaced this piece at no cost and thought we resolved this issue years ago. To summarize, the gas leak was not from our work but we resolved it for you at no cost to you. The Permit mix up is because of Wake County's web site that is not properly updated. Please call the office so we can get this resolved.Ask for details
