ABAGAILS FLORIST INC

My son ordered a corsage for his prom date approximately 2 weeks in advance.  I picked up the corsage on the day of the prom and although the wrist corsage was well done, I didn't like the color of the flowers (orchids) used in the corsage.  I spoke with the owner and indicated that the color was not very appealing (the flowers were brown which made the flowers look dead) and I didn't think my son's prom date would be happy with the corsage.  The owner indicated that she completed the corsage as ordered in the 'champagne' color.  I acknowledged that she did a great job, but thought my son's prom date would not be happy with the brown color.  The owner offered to re-do the corsage (the same day as prom was that night) and asked that I pick a new color of orchid.  She was very pleasant and indicated that my son's date had already picked up his boutonaire (in the champagne color) and as a result the corsage would now not match the boutonaire.  I told her I didn't think my son would care that his boutonaire would not match and therefore didn't order a new boutonaire.  It took the owner only 30 minutes to prepare the new corsage (which was beautiful) and when I returned to pick it up she had prepared a new boutonaire in the same color, all this at no extra charge.  She said it was important to her that the flowers match and she hoped the kids had a great time at prom.  What wonderful service, I will definitely use this florist in the future!
