my husband had my scratched/nasty looking Honda Odyssey detailed while the boys and I were out of town. Looks amazing! I did not think it could ever look so good again. The ice scraper scratch did not come out - but to be expected really. Great price for what all was done - and how terrific it looks. Would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

Very well - because of amount of business created from the special deal, Mike extended the expiration date. He showed up on time and equipped with everything needed to wash and detail my car. After he was done, he asked me to inspect the job. Very nice person to deal with.

I had been looking for a detailing package that included shampooing the carpets at several "drive through" car washes. What I discovered was many bad reviews for local shops. I came across information on 1st class and realized that, for detailing packages, their price was similar to the carwashes and included more services. I had difficulty using their online scheduler and emailed them. I received a prompt email and a phone call to set up my appointment. They were able to schedule me within two days. Amory was right on time and was very pleasant and polite. All the work was done in our driveway and it took 3 hours (exactly the amount of time he said it would take). The machines were not terribly loud, but one machine did have a high pitch sound which did wake up our baby from his nap. I would simply suggest to parents not schedule detailing at nap time. Our van looked brand new! It was a beautiful job. The driveway didn't even look like a car had been washed there. He was very thorough; not a single spot was missed. Seats and carpets were cleaned in both the up and folded down positions. Every nook and cranny was cleaned. Next time we need detail work done, we will definitely be calling 1st class.
