 + -1 moreThis is our annual family/friends vacation and we absolutely love it. Topsail Island is the best of the beach experience and Topsail Realty is the Realtor we always use. We tried another and was not at all happy with the experience. The agents at Topsail Realty treat you like family and are very accommodating and helpful. We need a handicap accessible home and one that allows dogs. We have rented the same two homes for the last several years and also two more homes when needed. All four are in a row on the beach. The island is not as commercialism as some of the others. We go in September and the most we have every paid per person for the entire week is $190.00. There are great restaurants and shops on the island and the shell and shark tooth hunting cannot be beat. We highly recommend visiting the island and I am sure whatever house needs you may have Topsail Realty will have something for you.
Description of Work: We rent two or three vacation homes from them every year. We have been doing this for 10-12 years.
