+ -1 moreThey got their photos in record time with no restriction on publication and the sold 3 units from the photos (according to the broker in charge) and yet will not pay the small sum of $250.00. I am sure that the owners spend more than that on an evening on the town.
Description of Work: On 4/12/08 I Photographed town homes for Burroughs/Chapin. Within 3 weeks they had sold 3 units. As of this date 8/19/08 my $250 charge has not been paid. The broker in charge has talked to accounting on 7 ocassions and the office manager has talked to them once. Now they say that have lost the bill. My only recourse is small claims court, which I will do on Friday. My Advise, If you want to earn a living, don't work for Burroughs and Chapin Realty, Inc.
