Description of Work: They replaced the cedar siding on most of my townhouse, the front staircase and front deck railings, and the railings on the back deck and stairs. The company owner, Jeff James, and his office staff were utterly professional and responsive to our concerns, and the crew, headed by foreman Darwin Contreras, were all punctual, thorough, hardworking and courteous. We could not have asked for a better experience.

The team of subcontractors were ALL excellent. The cost of the project came in as expected. The communications were awesome. The project finished on time. A true professional!! I will continue to use Carolina Coast Contracting in the future when additional work is needed and/or when I acquire another property.
Description of Work: Bought a vacation beach home in Surf City NC in July 2012 that needed to be repaired and updated in accordance with building codes and safety codes. Was referred to Carolina Coast Contracting by real estate broker. Carolina Coast Contracting remodeled the home, including new roofing, installed hardwood flooring and ceiling, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, granite, decking, new windows, interior and exterior lighting, ceiling fans, doors, updated electrical, and painted the interior.
