Roy came out, gave and gave us an estimate, and the project was started 10 days later.  The two gentlemen who came out and installed the posts double checked all the details and the design to ensure posts were placed correctly.  We have some blueberry bushes close to the fence line and they were very careful not to damage them.  Two other gentlemen came out and installed the fence.  We had a couple concerns but they listened and fixed the issues before moving on.  The fence looks amazing and we are extremely pleased with the outcome.  
The only negative with the experience is that he didn't call to let us know he was going to be delayed.  Installation of the posts was started a day late and installation of the fence was delayed 4 days.  The workmanship is awesome and all that was left when the job was complete was the fence, there was no debris or garbage left behind.

Excellent workmanship by crew. Very professional and polite

Very pleased with Assurance!! We hired them after seeing the fence they installed at our neighbor's home. We hired Assurance to install a black aluminum fence (wrought iron look). When the crew showed up and began work on the post holes, they discovered a significant number of tree roots which prevented them from using equipment (machinery) to dig the holes. We were originally told the fence would be completed in 2 days. The owner himself showed up to hand dig each post hole to keep true to original installation time. Professional crew who performed quality work. Highly recommend!!

Work was great! Installed the fencing working with trees that were very close but could not be removed. Very even for the grade of the yard. My husband called Roy once we got approval from our homeowner's association. We were on vacation and when we came home ... it was up and looked great!
One area close to the house was too wide for our smaller dog and they came out and fixed the problem right away. I would recommend Roy Lester and his family run business to anyone looking for an honest deal and was very informative of what cost and maintenance would be in the long term. Very important to consider in this area.

It went great. The family-owned operation consisted of two brothers doing most of the work, a nephew or cousin for a helper, and one of their wives answers the phone. Down home, good old boys, straight shooters, and my kind of folks.

I will definitely deal with them again.

It was not properly put up. They said it was my fault that it was not stained. When I asked them they told me to wait about a year. I was going to stain it when I was back home. My neighbor's fence is doing the same thing. They refuse the fix the issue. I have a double door where a truck could go through and it had sunk down. They did redid that, but gave a lot of lip about it and said they would make more adjustments to the fence, but never showed back up. It looks like something I could have done, not a professional. My neighbor's fence has the wood planks that go across and they have literally dropped. I have had other fence companies come look at my fence and they wont help fix it because Assurance Fence has used such poor quality materials and did not properly install the fence.

I was very satisfied with the company overall. The only problem was that they came out and put the posts in but it took two weeks for them to come out and finish. Thanksgiving was in the middle of that so I did understand.
