The on-site people were great. They were not only competent but also really wanted to do a good job and make sure we were satisfied. They were hampered by a sudden heavy rain, but still completed the job. They were on time and ensured we were happy before they left.

Had a great experience. We have some hard to clean windows as they are very high up. Window Genie did a great job at cleaning them. They also power washed the house and it looks fantastic!
