Came out in the middle of night to try to start the heater. Got the part the first thing the next morning and installed in a big snowstorm. Went above and beyond getting our heat back on. Would happily use them again for all HVAC needs.

We had many questions before installation and they were extremely responsive and answered all questions thoroughly. On the date agreed upon for installation they arrived on time and worked very hard to finish on the same day. They were helpful applying for energy credit through Duke Energy. Overall a great job.

The work was done on time, the quote was accurate and within our expectations, and the service people were great. They were able to schedule our work when we needed it and did our two homes on back to back days. We have used them for many years to maintain the boiler/A/C unit in one of our homes, so we expected good work.

Great! I placed the call to Warren-Hay around 9:15 on a Saturday morning and the technician arrived within 3 hours. The tech was courteous, professional, did not waste any time, and promptly diagnosed and repaired the problem (capacitor failure). I cannot name any way in which the experience could have been improved. I would definitely call on this company again.

Everything was replaced very quickly and it all worked afterwards. Was referred by a neighbor who is a realtor and has used them on various occasions. I called in the morning and they were here in a few hours. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

They were on time and worked diligently thru the day to provide professional assistance in removal of old system and installation of new system. Had to do a little "extras" to make things work as they should but did so without hesitation.
These men did a great job from start to finish, including clean up and carry off of old equipment.

It was in the dead of winter. They worked me in. It was freezing cold. People were having trouble with their furnaces. They installed a part that worked for one day and it broke. But they came back and replaced it for free. The service was great. They were very helpful in explaining.
