It went great. The technician was courteous and offered me all of the options available, like oil types, etc for oil change. The technician checked with me regarding if I wanted the air filter changed or not. I decided to have it changed. He then showed me the old air filter to verify it's dirtiness. Didn't have to wait long.

I was a little skeptical about using wal-mart, had never used them before for any auto service needs. I got there just after 8 AM and got in right away so no wait (it's first come first serve). Had to be at work by 9 AM so this worked out well. It took about 20 to minutes, everything was done right. Saved me time and money over driving to Meineke in Carborro (which I used to do) for my oil changes. I remember it always costing around $75 to do a synthetic oil change there so this was a good bit cheaper and much closer to home. I only go to wal-mart now for my oil changes!
