Their work is always excellent. I was extremely pleased with the care they always give my home when they work. During the installation process last week of our new attic heat pump, they covered my hardwood floors with pads and were very careful carrying things up and down stairs. As a result, they did no damage to our home.

They are a small operation and they are very good. they do excellent work. It is a father and son operation. They come almost immediately and we have come to really rely on them. Would highly recommend them.

Don was great. Came out on a Sunday and repaired a design flaw in our air conditioning system. Don had been out previously and had taken care of another problem--he felt so bad about the design issue (designed by someone else, not him) he repaired it for free. Took him over an hour. Very courteous and professional. Will not hesitate to contact him in the future.

Excellent
I needed a heat exchanger replaced on a heating unit for my house on
short notice. I talked to Don on the phone and he repaired the problem
without ever meeting me and sent me a bill in the mail. I sent him a check a week
later. Local business providing a good service at good prices. My kind

I have had Donald Kearns of Tri-Tech Service Co. come out for previous furnace repairs and I am always pleased with his level of expertise and customer service. We have a 25 year old gas furnace that we are trying to get a couple more years out of until we can pay cash for a new one. Our furnace was not heating when we turned it on this year. My husband called Tri-Tech to set up an appointment. Mr. Kearns came by the next day. We did not have to be home for him to do the repairs. We agreed on if the repair was going to cost more than $100.00 that he would call my husband for approval. He relight the pilot light (which my husband was unable to do) and he repaired the 120v electricalflo control and defective door switch. He also replaced the foil mastre. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

On the first cold night of the year, our heat failed to turn on. We have two small kids in the house and made do on the first night after I attempted to figure out what was wrong myself. I was referred to Don by a mutual friend who said he was real reliable and was good to work with when he did work for Habitat for Humanity. When CWJ told me it would be 3 or four days, and possibly next week before they could even come out (It was the first cold night of the year), Don returned my call promptly and at 9pm the same night came out to the house. He'd prepared me for the worst because a failure to ignite (TCO indicator on the board) could be because of any number of very bad things. Given the age of the system and the symptoms we could very well have been in the market for a new gas pack. Instead, it was simply a rusted contact and he was able to fix the problem quickly and get the heat back on. I'd call him again in a heartbeat.
