The Home Depot - Hillsborough

In a nutshell, do not go to Home Depot to install your counter tops. Their installers, Web-Don are awful and Home Depot will do nothing to correct the problems other than create more problems.  I have had to make numerous phone calls and numerous emails and I just get the run around.  They have had to come back out 3-4 times and there are still major issues.

The subcontractors brought a child with them when they came to measure and made a bad measurement.  They forgot to
turn the dishwasher back on after they were finished with the sink.  The back splash started coming off the wall about 6 months after the job was completed. When they came back out 4 weeks later, it was done incorrectly and not flush with the counter.  Now they filled in large gaps with caulking and it looks awful. After each fix I had to wait another 4 weeks and it was done incorrectly again.  I have called, written them and gotten nowhere.  I am tired of dealing with them and will have to turn it over to the NC Attorney General's office because the problems have gone on for months and months with no resolution. 

I was promised last week that the district manager, who agreed that it was done incorrectly, said he would send out a carpenter and then he cancelled with no consultation with me.  At this point, I have to hand it over to the Attorney General?s office and give them an F.  They started with a ?C? and after problem after problem, it is now a definite F. 

They came when they were supposed to come. They got the work done very fast. The product that they used is good. I would use them again in the future too.

I went to the store, knowing I wanted a front-loading machine. The sales person was not well versed in these machines. She had to read the information off the tag and wasn't quite sure what made one better than another. Once we ordered the machine, it was delivered fine and it was hooked up correctly.

THEY HAVE REALLY GOOD SERVICE. I REALLY LOVE THE WAY MY CARPET LOOKS AND I AM REALLY ENJOYING IT. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP. THEY DIDN'T LEAVE ANY CARPET SCRAPS OR MESSES LYING AROUND.
