Very badly. The work estimated was not performed and I am going to have to hire someone else to finish trimming the tree.

Terrible. I asked him to come out and give me an estimate. He came out and wrote up an estimate and came back the very next day with five men. One did not even have proper shoes on, just flip flops. None of them had a hard hat. They started cutting down the limbs and made a huge mess. Then after a few hours, he said the men were tired and had to stop for the day. He asked for 675.00 which we paid him, in cash, because that is what he wanted. At least 15 feet of the largest limb was still partially up in surrounding trees in the back when they stopped working. The wood was not carried away or cut into manageable pieces as agreed. One of the limbs he refused to cut all the way after he left. I kept trying to get him to come over and finish the work as he promised but he did not want to do that. He did not want to finish cutting one limb, claiming it was over a phone line, but he did not say anything about it before I paid him or when he gave the estimate. At one point he was yelling at me on the phone. Although we paid him for 90% of the work, he finished about 70% of what we agreed on, less if you count actually cleaning up. They left a huge mess and obviously knew very little about trees. I had to demand them to paint the fresh cut over and give them the paint. They did not even bring ladders over. They used ours. One of the workers borrowed my husband's gloves. He came over once afterwards, and said he was going to come later, but he did not. This man should be investigated for fraudulent practices.

This is a completely unprofessional outfit.  The owner lets his workers destroy property and blames them afterward instead of taking responsibility.  This tree service left tree trunks and branches in my yard for a week.  Do not think you are hiring a licensed professional tree service.  These are laborers who are not trained and will likely do more harm than good.

WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM, BECAUSE HE HAS NOT FINISHED THE JOB YET! IT HAS BEEN SIX WEEKS AND HE HAS NOT BEEN BACK TO REMOVE THE TREE AFTER CUTTING IT DOWN. WE HAVE TRIED TO CALL HIM AND WE GET NO RESPONSE.
