I wouldn't trust my animals with anybody else. They really care about the animals, make sure that you understand exactly what's going on.

We saw Dr. Sugg. She was warm, friendly and all around amazing. I felt very comfortable with her treating and quot;my babiesand quot; even though we had never met before. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and took time to answer all my questions regarding their upcoming surgery.

It was our first time in Piedmont and it was very nice. The staff was nice and the veterinary was great, she clarified all my doubts.
One of the vet techs did not seem to like what she was doing. That made me a little uncomfortable. But overall it was great.

These vets and staff are *terrific*. We moved to the Triangle 3 years ago with two cats and LOVED our vet back home. We worried that we wouldn't find another vet as good as Dr. Linda -- but the folks at Piedmont have pleased us and our cats.
One cat had to have some teeth extracted, and the surgeon was great -- both with Emma *and* with the humans. We fostered a stray kitty for a few weeks, and Dr. Heinze was great with him; the rest of the staff were also good with my repeated phone calls about stray-kitty's health. We see Dr. Kip regularly for our permanent cats, and she is friendly and knowledgeable. It helps that she thinks our cats are sweet and good-looking.
When we get there, we are immediately ushered into the exam room, so the cat(s) can be de-crated and walk around the room without fear of goggles or other kittens. We also pay in the exam room, which means that our kittens' exposure to the rest of the veterinary clinic is very minimal -- reducing stress on all concerned.
We've since moved 25 minutes away from Piedmont, but we still take our cats there. Highly recommended: great service to the animals AND to the humans.

Just took my dog there for her annual checkup - as always, they were terrific. I have taken my animals there for about 10 years (2 dogs and a cat) - they are always thoughtful, trustworthy and treat each animal as their own. Whenever i have had an immediate need, they find a way to accomodate. I can't say enough nice things about this group. They have had many long term staff and the new ones are also very knowledgeable and attentive.

Dr. Toni Sugg is truly amazing, very knowledgeable, capable, and caring, Dr. Heinz is also wonderful. There's a third DVM, but I've not yet used her, though I suspect she's of the same high caliber as Dr. Sugg and Dr. Heinz. The vet techs are also wonderful and incredibly sweet with the animals (and the people, too!). I really like the cat boarding facilities they have, not quite so crazy about their dog boarding facilities as the dogs have no outdoor runs.

The office assistant was very friendly and our kitten loved her. Dr. Suggs was very professional yet friendly and punctual and concerned. Our kitten developed a "lump" from the rabies vaccine over the weekend and Dr. Suggs called us back Monday and reassured us that it will probably go away in a few wks. Kingston will be returning for more vaccines and to be neutered.

Always A+; I am glad my dogs are healthy, but I always love going in.

I take my pet there all of the time and he is so happy to go. I have never seen a dog so happy to go to the doctors in my life. The vets there are so nice to me and my animal. I have never had any problems with them or their veterinarians and I would highly recommend them.

They are a phenomenal veterinary clinic. They're very kind to the pets they treat and they always keep you updated on the condition of your pets. I really like this place and I will definitely recommend them.

This is the best vet in town and Tony is her name. She did excellent at this last exam. I was very pleased that all went well. I have used this place for years and did have always been pleased. I am sorry that I do not recall a charge, but, it is reasonable. They are a very clean facility and all the staff is very nice, too. They are all very nice people to deal with.
