 + -1 moreMelissa did a fantastic job assisting us. She was never pushy. She was well informed and she definitely looked out for us. Additionally, she provided lots of great recommendations on local services. She was thorough and detailed. Melissa was very friendly and went our of her way to help us. She was pretty good at responding quickly via email and phone. Melissa also did a good job understanding the types of places we were interested in. She prepared our offer to buy while she was on her family vacation. Who else would do that! I highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking in the HIllsborough area. A note, do not be put off by the poor functionality of the Phelps Realty Website. If you work with Melissa, she sets up a search for the area you are looking in that emails you new listings each day. This personalized website allows you to make comments to Melissa about listings and helps her figure out which ones you like and which ones you don't.
Description of Work: Melissa served as our Real Estate agent for our home search in Hillsborough. She has driven us around to look at homes several times. She has also explained the many intricacies of making an offer and helped us prepare one. In addition, she has recommended local people to do inspections, contracting work etc.
