Description of Work: Leland came to house to estimate value of property we had inherited for auction. Unfortunately, the items were not as valuable as we thought. We have been a long-time customer of Leland's auctions and he is very professional. Everyone who works for him is knowledgeable and helpful. They have grown over the years into a high end auction house, no junk.

I've been to some auction services and I couldn't believe were fair but these people been trying to top dollar for the items that they sell and they advertise nationwide to be able to do that. They have everything done right there and never had a problem. The initial reception, have people working there that even on the busiest time, they've always been very pleasant, willing to take time to talk with you. If they are selling expensive items, they are always locked-up but if you tell them you want to look up on some items, they'll get it out for you so you can examine it. They never complaint to your questions, always very professional and handle everything very nicely.
