MR. HAMILTON CAME OUT AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON THE JOB STATING THAT IT WAS FOR THE LABOR ONLY AND THAT HE WOULD PICK UP SUPPLIES AND THEN I COULD REIMBURSE HIM WHEN THE JOB WAS FINISHED. I ASKED HIM IF HE WOULD ALSO PICK UP A NEW DOOR SINCE I COULD NOT GET IT AND BRING IT HOME. HE CALLED WHEN HE WAS FINISHED WITH HIS OTHER JOB AND WE SET A DATE FOR THE WORK TO BEGAN. NOT ONLY DID HE DO A GREAT JOB OF THE SCREENING HE ALSO REALINED ALL THE SUPPORTS THAT NEEDED TO BE ADJUSTED. HE DID NOT CHARGE FOR HIS TIME GETTING THE SUPPLIES AND HAD ALL THE RECEIPTS FOR ME. I WILL BE USING HIM FOR ANYOTHER JOBS I MAY HAVE IN THE FUTURE.

They came out and gave me an estimate in a timely manner. The estimate was emailed to me the next day. I had to call the office to discuss the estimate and breaking the work being done out separately. I emailed Barbara at the office and we set up a date for them to come. They were quick and the work looks very nice. They installed a new stove and dishwasher for me. They had to cut out an existing drop in stove and move a kitchen cabinet to fit the new stove. It looks just like it belonged there.

I am looking forward to having Mr. Harwood complete a lot more work at my home. Good work

Mr. Hamilton returned our original call quickly, came out to give us an estimate in a timely fashion, gave a reasonable estimate, and scheduled the work. We had to reschedule because of inclement weather and he was responsive and easy to work with. We were picky about how we wanted the job done and he was amenable to those requests and honored them. He showed up exactly on time and the job took approximately as long as he had estimated. He was respectful of our home and cleaned up afterwards. It was refreshing to have someone return calls quickly and show up as promised. We were happy with the results.

Mr. Hamilton called to make an appointment to give me an estimate, arrived on time and gave an immediate estimate. He called to let me know he was available earlier than expected, and on my approval came to do the job. Hand his assistant, Derek arrived on time and went right to work. They both were polite, thorough and businesslike. When the job was done, they did a thorough clean up and I was very satisfied with their work.

I called Joey to find out how much it would cost to get my gutters cleaned. We discussed gutter cleaning and the fact that I have a lot of large trees near our home. Joey recommended that I get gutter guards so that I would not need to worry about cleaning the gutters ever again. He quoted me a price for the labor ($3 per foot) and said he would price the materials at the home improvement store and call me back, which he did. I agreed to the total price. He and his assistant were available to work on the project the very next day. However, we ended up scheduling it for the following day instead because of safety issues related to the high winds (I thought that was a good suggestion on his part). Joey and Rob completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and were very professional about the invoice and payment. They saved a piece of the gutter guard so they could show me what it looked like and explained to me how it worked. The only mild disappointment I had about the work completed was that they left a cigarette butt and the crumpled up stickers from the gutter guards strewn about the yard. I will definitely hire Joey again for my next carpentry project. I found him to be very friendly, accommodating and easy to work with (And next time, I'll remind him to clean up any mess - no matter how small - after he's done).

Joey and his assistant Rob were very punctual. They worked diligently the entire time they were here and cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly and professional.

These guys are great. Joey and his assist. arrived at 9 a.m on time and proceeded to install the 4 doors. They stayed until the job was done, which was a day, only breaking for lunch. They are very professional and take great pride in their work. They made two trips for us to a home improvement store for extra material and did not charge anything. When they were finished, they took the old doors and other things we wanted to throw out to the dump for us and did not charge anything. Although we offered to pay them. They cleaned everything up and made it nice and neat. These guys are true professionals and know what the meaning of work is. They were pleasant and went over and beyond. We are going to have a deck added on and will definitely use them!
