Completely Awesome Mr Jacob and his crew was professional quick worked the entire time until the job was done And then mulched and raked clear all of the debris. Nobody could ask for more Awesome!!

This was my second attempt to use this company. Daniel, who is the owner, came and looked at what needed to be done, I paid in full. The trees were cut down later than promised and now it has been 2 weeks and they have not been removed.

Simply outstanding. None of the rhododendrons or small Japanese Maples close to the trees were harmed- not even a broken branch. Cleanup was perfect; the only thing left behind was some chips from the chain saw and to clean those up would have required removing mulch. Their price was excellent. Call them- you will not be disappointed.

The two man crew showed up two days earlier than expected which was great for us and cut all the trees down that we needed to drop in two days. They did exactly what we needed done professionally and expeditiously. We did the clean up ourselves after the trees were on the ground. A couple of the pine trees were leaning towards power lines in the front yard and a new detached garage in the back yard. We were glad they were able to drop those trees with a rope and pulley attached to a truck safely and without incident.

I could not be more pleased with Mr. Jacob's operation. I needed several trees removed (like close to a dozen), and most were up close to my house, and I considered very difficult to safely remove. I was loosing sleep every time a big storm blew through the area because most of these trees had issues (such as obvious rotting which significantly weakened the trees), and I had put off the removal for several years (waited and worried TOO long). Mr. Jacobs & crew took down every tree without scratching a thing. They obviously new what they were doing, and it was interesting to see how they were able to take some of the trees down in such tight spaces (a lot of climbing, and a lot of rope work dropping individual sections straight down) (the HARD way, but SAFE way). They hauled away all the wood - in surprisingly big sections, and then chipped up and hauled away everything else, then ground the stumps. They could not have been any neater. They took care not to damage my driveway, or sidewalks, and had a strategy prior to starting cutting of how to fell the trees so as not to land on any part of my septic field (Thanks for that!). I was surprised how little disturbance there was to my lawn in general - especially when such major work was being done. Mr. Jacobs was personally on site several times, and is a hands on guy with the equipment (and he does have a lot of equipment, and nice equipment at that). I guess you can't do the kind of jobs that he is able to do, and does do - if you don't have the good stuff. THANKS MR. JACOBS FOR A GREAT JOB!

Work was done while away. Came home and the tree was gone with no yard damage.

The quote was reasonable and in the range we expected. Jacob's team was very efficient and effective and got the whole job done in one day. They dropped the trees almost exactly where I wanted, and the tricky ones they climbed and chopped up and dropped them without hitting nearby trees. No damage to any other trees and job done well. Would Hire again.

The crew was on time, their estimate for how long it would take them to complete the job was spot on and they cleaned up the area before they left.

It went super! They arrived on time. Had all the necessary equipment. All workers were friendly and respectful of my property. Watching them take down the trees, all of which were close to the house, I could tell that it was a skilled bunch of pros at work. They removed all the debris and left my yard cleaner than they found it. No pressure to do extra work and they stuck to the estimate. I would highly recommend them.

Mr. Jacobs and his team removed approximately 40 trees, stumps and all of the debris associated with the job.  He was very professional, he was there on time at the agreed time.  His team was also very professional, and experts at their job.  He left the area clean and did not do any damage to the yard.  I will definitely call him in the future when I need additional work done

Jacob's crew did an excellent job. I had a large stump about 2' diameter and about 5' tall and I asked if they would cut it up into smaller pieces for me to turn into firewood, as well as grind up the stump below ground. The other three were small stumps. Overall a great job at great cost. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable about trees and I learned a lot in my yard from the walkthrough during my free estimate. The only reason I gave a B for punctuality was that he was an hour late for the estimate appointment. But the work itself was done right on time and I was very happy with it.

The entire experience was great and they also came in near the lowest bid. Justin Jacobs was a joy to work with. He was on time for the estimate and he and his crew were on time for the 2-day job. Everyone on the crew was professional and highly skilled. They had all the heavy equipment that was needed. They were very careful of the plants and trees we wanted to protect. It was amazing to see how controlled and precise every tree and limb came down. They fell exactly where they were supposed to. Absolutely nothing was done in a careless manner. They finished in the time they predicted and did a great job cleaning up everything. I would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them.

They were very reasonable. They cleaned up the mess. They took care of the stumps as far as it was at the ground level. They just told us not to do anything with it. It will eventually go away, and it did. They were very informative. They did a very nice job. Overall, the service went beautiful. It was a great experience with them. They came out and gave me an estimate. When I called them to tell them that I wanted them to do it, they were out the next day. I think I am going to call them again this summer.

He and his men are always professional and courteous. In particular, I have some azaleas and a pet cemetery I did not want disturbed and they worked around those areas.
He did not try to talk me into removing any other trees. I would highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

Great! So good in fact that I've recommended them to many friends and I am having them come back to do more work!

Mr. Jacobs came to inspect my problem trees and gave me an estimate. The next week they came out and spent about 4 hours taking the trees down and cleaning up afterwards. They were careful and professional. The price came out to what he had estimated and seemed a good value for all the work. I was impressed by the number of people he had working for him. It made the project go quickly. The only negative I would mention is his phone does not have an answering service set up, so it is a little hard to reach him.

This is my third experience with Mr. Jacobs and all have been extremely positive. Today his crew removed a very large and very dead pine tree close to the street, as well as 5 smaller trees that were very close to the house. I called on Mar. 29 to set up an appointment for an estimate and it was arranged within an hour for the next afternoon. Mr. Jacobs arrived on time, gave me the estimate, and said his crew could do the work the next day. They are highly skilled at what they do and come prepared to handle everything including an amazing clean-up job. I have found his rates to be more than reasonable and will continue to use his services when tree removal is required in the future.

They removed a double trunked 60' sweet gum tree from my front yard. They are comparatively erratic on getting back to you and getting estimates. That said, once I had the estimate, it was literally half Young's and several hundred dollars less than Carolina. I called them and told them I wanted to have them do the job, when did they have time. They called me back in about an hour, said they had an opening today, would that work for me? I went home and watched the process. It was like a choreography- one guy in a bucket truck would shear off an upper limb, several on the ground would grab it, feed it into the chipper, the next limb would come down, feed away, etc. In less than an hour there was a totally denuded tree, with the top third lopped off. When I came back home from work that evening (I had a limited time and had to go back to work) the yard was clean, no debris, stump was chipped, every thing else was gone. There were some ruts in the yard from the truck, but it had been raining for the entire week previous, and I had told them it was OK to be in the yard. I had a nearby iris bed- totally clean, clear and protected. If you are willing to be patient on connecting with them, it is worth your while, and I would happily reccommend them to anyone Peggy Bledsoe
