I want to be fair about this but my experience was really bad. I scheduled the original appointment for a Tuesday. The guy I set it up with sounded really nice and knowledgeable, but when he was 30 minutes late, I had to call and reschedule for the next day because I had to be some where that afternoon. The next day he was supposed to arrive at 12. At 2pm, I had heard nothing so I called the company to cancel the appointment completely. The manager was very nice and assured me that this was most unusual and asked if he could send someone out immediately to do our initial service for half price. I agreed. But shouldn?t have? The guy they sent seemed to know nothing about what he was doing. He couldn?t answer questions with confidence and just exuded inexperience with extermination and professionalism. He was generally polite?but not who I wanted to be in charge of placing chemicals around my property. He told me that a different person would be in charge of our account, so I assumed that we wouldn?t have to work with him again. But last week there were still ants in my kitchen so I called the company to come back. Well, the same guy came. I won?t go through every detail of the ridiculous appointment, but he ended up accidentally spraying me with pesticide. The bare skin on my arm and face as well as my shirt were lightly sprayed. Not a lot, but enough to know I had been hit and felt very uncomfortable about it. What the heck?! And although I think he was embarrassed by it, he acted pretty nonchalant which really made me mad. A sincere apology in the moment would have helped. It?s not like I thought I was going to die but that?s pretty sloppy. I think that he may need more training before working in this field. The manager, again, was very nice and refunded all of our money and let us out of our contract but the entire experience was pretty much a nightmare. I assume that we just had really bad luck and that this isn?t how they normally do business, but I can only tell you what happened to me. Ugh!
