Cole's Plumbing Co

We returned home to a house that had been empty for some time, and our water bill was over $500. We called Cole's and the owner came out the next morning. He was very helpful, polite, and trustworthy, and checked the entire house for possible leaks, fixing only what needed to be fixed. He insisted that I continue to check the toilets (the issue) over the next few days to make sure everything was sealed probably once in use, and he told us he'd return (no charge) if needed (wasn't needed). We were able to submit his receipt/report to the water company to receive a credit to our account.

Very prompt and professional. Did all work to a very high standard. Left the areas clean where work was done. Charged significantly less than the bid we received from Ben Franklin for less work! As an added bonus, provided amusing commentary. I highly recommend Cole's Plumbing and will definitely call on them for future plumbing needs.

My husband tried to repair what we thought was a leaky toilet, but unfortunately, it kept leaking. We had Cole's come out and they replaced a part that had been worn away through years of use and the leak into our ceiling also stopped. They were able to come out within a day or two of my call, and charged for an hour's worth of work. The man was very knowledgable and talked with me about the whether or not I would need to cut into my ceiling to assess the damage, but did not pressure me in the least.

They were professional, responsive and punctual. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.
