Great- always up front, honest. Saved us a lot of money from having unnecessary work recommended at the shops we used to take our vehicles to. I don't think they want to do bigger jobs - engine rebuilds/transmissions etc, but great for smaller stuff.

Went perfectly. Braxton had a lower price than Meineke in Carborro (where I normally had been going). I dropped the vehicle off before work and had a co-worker pick me up. Car was ready around mid-afternoon. The new struts and bushings got rid of the clunking noise I had going on so was I was happy. Definitely will use these guys more.

They're local. They work with me. They get me to and from work when I come to work at 6 o'clock in the morning. There's other people I could go to that are cheaper but I'd rather go to them because they're reliable.

I have used Braxton Tire repeatedly since I moved to Hillsborough in 1999, mainly for oil changes, tires, front end work, inspections, etc. I have always been pleased with their work; I have never had a significant complaint. When I've had questions about their diagnosis of a particular problem, they have shown me the problem and allowed me to question the mechanic in detail about the problem and proposed solution. I have always had a high degree of confidence in their honestly and competence. If I wrote this review a couple of years ago, I would have said they need to improve their customer service, e.g., for years they greeted me as if I were a new customer even after repeated visits (and lots of $$$!) over a period of years (but even then I never had any complaints about their work). But I've noticed significant improvement on that front; it's not unusual for the desk clerk to greet me by name when i visit.
Just a good, reliable shop with friend, helpful staff. I recommend it without hesitation.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES FOR SEVEN YEARS NOW. THEIR QUALITY IS GOOD AND THEIR PERFORMANCE IS GREAT. THEY ALWAYS SEEM TRUSTWORTHY AND I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THEY CALL ME IF SOMETHING ELSE NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED. THEY ARE QUICK.
