They were most professional, and made it easy for me as they worked with my insurance company to get the repairs done right- meaning, no Non-OEM parts! Rich was especially gracious and patient as he helped me get my car in shape. This is how good their work is: As the car was evaluated at the end of the lease, the repair work performed by Triangle Auto Body was not even detected. Another shop repaired another part of the car. This work was detected, as their paint job was applied unevenly and did not meet specs. Finally, Triangle Auto Body was quite honest regarding what work I should undertake, and that which was not needed in order to turn in the vehicle at the end of lease. Fortunately, they did not think I needed to do more than fix the truck and a few scratches (which, they took care of free of charge). Thanks guys! I now have been a victim of a hit and run accident, and I will be visiting these folks to get my new vehicle fixed- once more...

Unfortunately, they did find more damage and declared the car a total loss. So I did not actually have the repairs done. However, I was happy with Triangle Auto Body as far as things went. They were always professional and pleasant to deal with, and they did not rush me to get my car out of there after it was declared a total loss. I would certainly use them again.

My first visit to Triangle Auto Body was for them to look at the damage and give me an estimate. They asked all the usual questions whether my car insurance was paying or was this an out-of-pocket repair? I wondered if I said out-of-pocket, perhaps the cost would have been lower, but I was more concerned with my car getting repaired properly. I got a written detailed estimate of what they could "see" and they explained if there was further damage they wouldn't know until they actually started the repairs and took the parts off the front end. This concerned me, so I took my car to someone else for a second opinion (Thompson Cadillac repair) and they took the bumper off to confirm my radiator needed replacing. I decided to use Triangle Auto Body because they were more pleasant to deal with and they had a rental car on premises. I dropped the car off on a Monday, got a rental car (that was poorly maintained) with Hertz and picked up my car on Friday. Perfectly repaired with a perfect paint match. If anything goes wrong, I know they will guarantee their work. There was a misunderstanding in the original price quote of what my out-of-pocket cost (deductible) would be but they were able to work something out with me after I fussed a little. I was very pleased with the end result and my car looks great, no problems! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Triangle Auto Body for your next repair.

The estimate was very detailed. I was warned there might be hidden cost once the door was removed. They did not treat me like a silly woman, but gave techinal information and readily answered all questions. There was a Hertz office on site which made reserving a rental for day I was to take the car for repair easy. I was promised the car in 5 days. They finished in four. Everyone was super nice. The cost was at the low end of the estimate. My CRV looks new. The paint job was so cleverly done that there is no sign of a repair. There ARE people who take pride in their work. It was a pleasure meeting these people. They were referred by my Honda dealer, Southpoint Honda.

I picked up the car and it looked BETER than when we picked it up at the dealership,The car was detailed and looked like brand new.Paint was matched and blended where needed and all seams and reveals were good as new.They took care of all insurance paperwork and Hertz rental is on site.It took a little longer then expected due to some parts back ordered,but well worth the wait. HIGHLY RECOMEND !!!! Thanks to all involved in fixing our car.

I was quite pleased with Triangle Auto Body. The gentleman that evaluated my auto damage was very clear and descriptive as to how they made repairs. The primary concern, with my car, was that their ability to match the paint on a car that was almost 10 years old. I was very pleased with that result. I was surprised as to the long the waiting list was in getting to my car repaired by them as there was over a 1-month wait. I asked the gentleman if they could provide me a small bottle of touchup paint for chips, etc and he said they could. Again, I was surprised that I only mentioned it once, yet, in the car, with a note, was that bottle of touchup paint.

During a severe storm in June a tree fell at our home and landed on one of our cars. We were fortunate that the car didn't take the full impact of the trunk of the large tree. The damage to the car was limited to a broken window and driver's side mirror, and some relatively minor dents and scratches on the roof, side and rear of the vehicle.
When the work was finished the car looked brand new. It was well worth the time we were without it. When we picked up the car I noticed one small cosmetic piece missing from a roof rail that had been replaced. Triangle Auto Body quickly ordered, received and installed this last remaining piece to a fine job. They are great to work with and I will be happy to use them again in future. Recommended.

It went well. They are friendly, have a great customer satisfaction rating and the work looks fantastic. Would have been perfect across the board if not for some additional expenses that were not initially thought to be part of the deal. I'd go back to them if the need arose.

When I called to schedule an assessment, the receptionist/assistant was very accommodating. The team was very professional and informative. We agreed upon a scheduled date. I was told it would take three days to finish the work. Completion date was on target.
I was very please with the finished product. The paint job, the metal work.....you would never know my car was damaged. The work was seamless.
I will definitely use them again. I felt they are honest and fair.

My Ford Fusion suffered damage to its left quarter panel from a collision with a large pick up truck. I paid the $100 deductible. State Farm paid the balance (about $1400.). Triangle Auto Body and Paint Shop did a very good job and handled all the insurance paper work. They kept the car long enough to do a good job (5 days).
