 + -1 moreCalled a day ahead to inquire about having my machine repaired. Was told to bring it in to write up a service ticket. Drove 1 1/4 hours away next day only to be told they no longer repair Singer machines. Guy in the back was not helpful at all.
Description of Work: Repair on singer machine. Broken gear.

 + -1 moreWe have found them to be absolutely straight forward and honest. Their prices are competitive and I find that amazing for a small company. They stand behind their equipment. They offer a wide range of choices from a simple sewing machine to large quilting machines. They also offer classes to learn how to use the different machines. They sell different materials and fabrics. My wife loves this store and will only use them for her sewing needs.
