I got this estimate for clients of mine, who decided not to mitigate the radon in their house. Scott was quick to provide an estimate however, and was competitive in his pricing.

+ -1 moreScott is very, very professional. He communicates quickly and is easily reached. Scott is also a certified home inspector and was very helpful in providing advice (when asked) about my new home as well. He's very insightful and even helped me move the washer when he saw me moving it! The system is working well and he left a clean and tidy work area. The system itself blends in pretty well (as much as it could.)
Description of Work: Scott installed a radon mitigation system for my newly purchased home. The system dropped the radon in the basement from around 9.5 to 1.2. He added an exterior power outlet for the fan, which will come in handy because there is an extra outlet for use in the backyard.
